Simple Sorbet Recipe
Easy Raspberry Sorbet!



Raspberry Sorbet

Love Sorbet!

This easy raspberry sorbet is just so scrumptious and enjoyable.

Don't you just love the smooth and silky texture, and the bright color that makes it so appealing.

Treat yourself to a frozen raspberry treat tonight!



Ingredients:

3 cups (725 grams) frozen raspberries
Juice from 1 freshly squeezed lemon
7 oz (200 grams)sugar
9½ fl oz (300 ml) cold water
4 tablespoons of glucose syrup

Method:

Blend the raspberries with the lemon juice and place the mixture in the refrigerator.
Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and stir over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Turn up the heat and simmer for about 4-5 minutes.
Add the glucose syrup and heat for a few more minutes. (Until the glucose syrup has dissolved). Remove from heat and temper.

When the syrup is completely cooled combine it with the raspberries and blend for a few minutes.
Strain and freeze in your ice cream maker. Follow the instructions for your machine.

Or transfer the mixture to a suitable container and freeze. After 30 minutes remove from the freezer and stir the sorbet. Do this every 30 minutes until the sorbet mixture becomes firm.

Remember to remove the sorbet from the freezer and place it in the refrigerator 10 minutes before serving time. Enjoy!
