The final touch! Don’t just serve a bowl of ice cream give it that final touch with fruit crisps, tuiles or wafers and add some “crunch” to that frozen treat. How about a caramel basket? You can coat the inside of the basket with chocolate or just dip the top into a bowl of melted chocolate…. yummy. Use it for fresh or marinated fruit or even better put a few scoops of your favorite ice cream in the basket and crunch a few crisps to sprinkle on top.
