Ingredients: 1 pound (500 grams) of freshly cut pineapple Cut the skin off the pineapple, make sure to remove all the eyes. Slice the pineapple and cut it into small pieces. Put the pineapple into a container and freeze for a couple of hours. Take the now frozen pieces and put them in a blender with the sugar and cream. If your using an ice cream maker just follow the instructions for your machine. If not pour the mixture into a suitable container and freeze. This prevents ice crystals from forming and gives a much smoother result.
