Sweet Peach Sorbet!

More!

When I first tasted this peach sorbet, I couldn't believe how soft and silky it was.

The taste is just so.....
Well - try it and you'll see what I mean!

You might be the one begging for more of this sweet sorbet treat.

This aromatic dessert is definitely worth a try, and if you have an ice cream maker you'll be enjoying it in no-time.

This truly is one of the simplest recipes around.

Ingredients:

14 oz (400 grams) peach
5 oz (150 grams) sugar
¼ tablespoon glucose

Method:

Boil some water and pour it over the peaches, leave for about 30 seconds. Transfer the peaches to a bowl of cold water for a few seconds.
Now peel and stone the peaches. Combine the peach flesh, sugar and glucose in a blender or food processor and mix for a few minutes.
Strain and transfer the mixture to your ice cream maker. Follow the instructions for your machine.

If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a suitable container and place it in the freezer.
After about 1½ hours remove from the freezer and whisk the mixture for a few minutes. Return to the freezer and after one more hour repeat the process, do this 3 more times, and you're ready to treat yourself to a delicate and smooth sorbet. Enjoy!

Peach sorbet tastes divine and it you're fond of the smooth sorbets, you could also try the pineapple sorbet.
