Homemade Pear Crisps!

MethodPeel the pear and cut it into very thin slices with a sharp knife. (It's much easier to use a slicing machine for this). Place the slices of pear on a baking sheet and bake in the middle of the oven at 195˚F (90˚C) for about 75-80 minutes. Make sure that they are golden and crisp.
