Creamy Pineapple Sorbet Recipe!
Fresh & Fruity! This pineapple sorbet recipe is so simple to make and it doesn't take a lot of time (if your so lucky you own an ice cream maker). So if your in a hurry for a treat, about 30 to 40 minutes from now, YOU could be scooping up this fresh and fruity sorbet.
Ingredients:14 oz (400 grams) freshly cut pineapple 5 oz (150 grams) sugar ¼ tablespoon glucose Transfer all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix for a few minutes. Strain and transfer the mixture to your ice cream maker and follow the instructions for your machine. If your not in a hurry (or you don't have an ice cream maker) pour the mixture into a suitable container and freeze. After about 1½ hours remove it from the freezer and give it a "beating". Return to the freezer and repeat this process again after about 1 more hour. Do this 3 more times and nobody will even know that you don't own an ice cream maker!
