Tempting Raspberry Sauce Recipe!

Raspberry Sauce

No Fuss!

This must be the easiest raspberry sauce recipe I've ever tried. Only 3 ingredients and you're on your way to making an exquisite dessert sauce that will tantalize your taste buds. This aromatic dessert sauce is excellent with a wide range of dessert dishes.

Ingredients:

9½-10 oz (300 grams) frozen raspberries
3 oz (90 grams) confectioners sugar
A few drops of lemon juice.

Method:

Place the raspberries in a large bowl. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and leave it for a couple of hours.
Now whisk the raspberries thoroughly. (You can use an electric hand mixer or whisk for this). Strain the mixture and add a few drops of lemon juice.

If you don't use lemon juice the sauce will look less appetizing. The lemon juice prevents oxidation, which darkens fruit!
So instead of a dull brownish color you keep it looking fresh and tempting.

If you're looking for something easy like this raspberry sauce recipe, how about a flavored simple syrup recipe.
